Messaging (SMS) Terms

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Who this program is

This text-messaging (SMS) program is operated by Veridian Strategic Solutions, LLC ("Veridian," "we," "us"), an Arizona limited liability company. We use it to respond to questions you send us through this site's chat widget, to coordinate a conversation you've started with us, and to send updates you've specifically asked for about our AI systems, solutions, and applications for business. We don't use it for anything else.

How you opt in

You opt in by submitting your phone number through the chat widget on this site (or another form that says so) and agreeing to receive texts at the point you provide it. Consenting to receive text messages from Veridian is not a condition of purchasing any product or service — you can decline to share your phone number and still reach us by email or our homepage contact form.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us and what you've asked about.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP at any time to a text from us to unsubscribe / opt out of this messaging program. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected].

Carrier availability

Not all mobile carriers or devices are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and privacy

We do not sell your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in data, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Our messaging platform provider processes your information on our behalf to deliver this program — see our Privacy Notice for the full detail, including how that provider handles your data.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above.
